We Are Family!

Fact Families are used to help students learn the relationship between addition and subtraction. Understanding the inverse relationship between addition and subtraction can be used to find subtraction facts.
How can you help at home? Give your child a math sentence/equation (i.e. 10-4 = 6) and asked them to tell you all of the related math sentences/equations. Remember, the same numbers are in each math sentence/equation in a fact family.
Have you visited this month's Standards Based Bulletin Board (SBBB)?
